I began my coaching journey to create a supportive space where people can initiate positive change for themselves. I am a certified Executive Coach, trained through the Executive Coaching Certificate at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. In parallel to coaching, I am an experienced team leader in the global health sector with experience across the private, public and international organizations sectors.
With a strong experience working across cultures and around the world, I bring a human-centered approach to each client I support. I am a published author and a graduate of the Saïd Business School, at the University of Oxford, where I was honored to be the valedictorian of my cohort.
I coach executives and professionals, and also athletes. As a sub–3-hour marathon runner and an avid mountain biker, skier, rock climber, and sea kayaker, I’ve learned how discipline, resilience, and purpose fuel performance. These lessons shaped my coaching, just as strongly as my professional experience. I am guided by a simple commitment: helping others leverage their potential, clarify their direction, and move with purpose toward their aspirations.
