Coaching is a process that helps individuals clarify their purpose, tap into their potential, and navigate challenges. Through regular sessions, I encourage my clients to look at their situations from new perspectives, uncover hidden possibilities, and identify a path forward that aligns with their goals. To achieve meaningful progress, I typically work with each person for a series of 6 to 12 sessions.
While mentoring provides direction, coaching aims at developing methods to improve one’s capacity to find their own solutions, establish purposeful steps, and progress with confidence.
